We have a wide range of experience and have worked in a number of resorts and hospitality businesses.
We have spent the past 8 years successfully managing motels on a permanent basis.
Prior to this we have leased 3 motels over a 6 year period, varying from 18 to 41 rooms. This time has given us in-depth experience in all aspects of running accommodation properties ... from office/reception, restaurant, breakfast and evening meals served to rooms, as well as grounds and pool maintenance. We are also proficient in maintaining housekeeping standards, laundry and of course all aspects of staff supervision.
